Platforms at Dreamcatcher Home Rentals

One of the things that I am happy to provide for my tenants and prospective tenants is platform rental. These spaces are either 64x64 or are a full 1/4 sim size at 128x128. They are set at default of 500 prims for $900L per week for the 64m platform and 1000 prims at $1800L a week for the 1/4 sim size platform. They can be left as a blank canvas for you to create your perfect space - or - choose from one of the many homes that Dreamcatcher can provide, furnished or unfurnished, and landscaping at no additional charge. As a special note, the prim limit of 500 is a default allowance that can be decreased or increased as you need to be able to have your home and your things out.

Let's start with the blank platform with 500 prims.  These are just what they say, flat platforms with either a sand or grass texture, whichever you prefer. Texture changers can be built in so that you can change it out as you prefer. The 64m platform is large enough to put most large homes that take up a 64x64 area. There are a large variety of homes on marketplace that will fit this area and stay well under the 500 prim limit, even fully furnished. A smaller home would of course take up less space and prims however, if your home or the Dreamcatcher home you choose is say 250 prims, you would have the balance of the 500 prims to use for decor, landscaping or whatever you choose.
